TIE
- News & Updates This page will
be regularly updated so please visit often!
The most recent developments are outlined below: • TIE
Examinations Limited was set up in October 2005 to work
in partnership with ACELS. The new company will have
responsibility for the day-to-day administration and management
of the exams. ACELS retains its advisory and quality assurance
role. Sue Hackett (project director at ACELS) and Miriam Hallissey
(TIE Coordinator at TIE Examinations) will continue to work
together. • TIE
is now on the Department of Education register of examinations
and is accepted by the Department of Justice
for students on 25-week courses. TIE is an ideal exam for these
students as all candidates receive a certificate indicating
their level without the fear of failure. • ETAPP has been up and running since November 2007. For further information click on the ETAPP section of the site. |
